Delete Your Account

Remove your UPISplit account and all associated data at any time.

Delete from the app

The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the UPISplit app:

  1. Open the UPISplit app and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete account”.
  3. Confirm on the “Delete account?” dialog.
  4. Your account and all associated data are permanently removed, and you are signed out.

Prefer to email us?

If you can't access the app, email [email protected] from the address linked to your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify your request and remove your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

  • Your name, email and UPI ID
  • Your groups, their members and members' UPI IDs
  • All expenses, payments and settlement records you added
  • Any receipt photos you attached

Deletion is immediate and permanent — there is no recovery period, and none of this data is retained after your account is removed. We may keep minimal transaction-free records only where required by law.
